Flag Football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and has officially arrived in New South Wales. With competitions for Juniors, Women and Men, there has never been a better time to get involved, whether you're picking up a football for the first time or looking to compete at an elite level.

Flag Football offers something for everyone. It's a fast-paced, non-contact version of American football that combines speed, athleticism and teamwork, making it accessible to players of all ages and sporting backgrounds.
